Order my new baby monitor one late evening and it was shipped the following morning and arrived promptly. I had shopped around to find the best price and they had the best price. Baby monitor arrived in good packaging and without issue.

con artists - we bought a £250 monitor with a warranty, it fell 50cm onto a floor and stopped working. We asked for the warranty cover, they denied it on the basis that it's not the manufacturers fault the thing stops working after a 50cm fall! Scam merchants, stay away.

Pre ordered a trike in may for my wee boys 1st birthday in June ….. still waiting for the trike, cancelled on Aug 13th annnnnd still no refund, raised a claim with PayPal thank god for that, should get my refund from them over the coming weeks. Amazon can send the trike a little more expensive next day!
Useless customer services and “0” communication as to what’s happening.

Advertised furniture online as in-stock and available for delivery within 2-3 days. This was not the case, which they only advised 2 days after payment was taken. Wish I’d read all these reviews first. Customer service was pleasant and polite (thank you Charlotte) and sorted a refund within 5-7 working days, but wish I’d saved myself the hassle! Avoid at all costs.

They advertise and take payments for goods they don't actually have. I ended up cancelling my order as they had no idea when they'd be getting stock to send my pram I had paid for 2 weeks earlier.

I really can't understand how a business can legally operate like this. Taking payments with no intention of stocking the item and fulfilling the order. They then offer to substitute your item for an inferior quality product.

I wonder how many customers have been scammed by them when you look at how few products they actually have in stock.

Promised delivery on of replacement item on 3 separate occasions now but the item never arrives and they refuse to give any tracking details. Queue excuses.......

We have urgently ordered a monitor from BabyMonitorsDirect given that our current one broke unexpectedly and we needed a replacement asap. We paid for next day delivery and the monitor didn't arrive - I called the company and they mentioned there was an error on the website and the monitor was out of stock. I understand errors can happen but the company should have called/contact us immediately to inform us about what had happened.

I don’t usually leave poor reviews but this company deserve it, Would have given 0 stars but was not given this option, ordered a car seat was told 2-3 days delivery and still after two months still no car seat, terrible communication as they did not reply to any of my emails, luckily I paid via pay pal so managed to get my money back without any problems, avoid this company and spend your hard earned money elsewhere!!!

I spent just under £80 on a breathing monitor and it arrived last week and has played up from the first use. Absolutely no confidence in it. It is definitely faulty. I contacted the phone line and the girl said she would send a returns form / label to my email. Still waiting for it. I will be phoning again this week. They took my money and sent me a monitor that does not work properly.
Avoid this company.

Found this at a great price having never heard of this company before. Product is great, folds down neatly and is fairly unobtrusive in the corner of the room. Signal appears to be pretty good, even through several walls, although the picture is a little laggy and night vision isn’t quite as clear as the Motorola we have at the in-laws. Would recommend though

This was bought for my granddaughter, who has Gerd, it can often stop her breathing, especially at night. This mattress has done its job on many occasions since getting it, which the whole family are grateful for. At least now her parents can get some rest now with this mattress, before they would have to take it in turn to stay up at night to make sure baby was safe and still breathing.
Recommended to any that have babies with breathing problems.

Very speedy delivery despite COVID-19 delays. Product (baby monitor) arrived and I wasn’t completely satisfied with it so emailed customer services, who were very polite. I thought the product was faulty at first, but I think it’s just not great quality. Not returning as I need a monitor and don’t have the money to get a second one while I return this and wait for a refund unfortunately, which is of no fault of this company.

Ordered HALO Bassinest® Swivel Sleeper back in early Septemeber 2020. Waited over 20 days for any form of communication. When i called after 20 days, I was told that they are unable to fulfil the order.

Totally disappointed with the customer service. If they are unable to satisfy the order, automatically refund the customer, instead of us chasing up. Not shopping here again

The Camera is definitely not worth the price! Video Quality is good but app is just very very bad. Also my camera was working for only 6 months then i cant charge it anymore. Bought a new cable etc, spent another 20 quid it still doesnt work. You cant open the camera to check whats wrong or do anything. So one think which is good about this is video quality but you can get it for 20 quid camera, not 140.
